Delton 30Y USB-A Headset + USB-C Adapter

I will start off by saying I like this headset when it comes to comfort, sound quality, and microphone clarity. It is plug and play which makes it easy. Unfortunately, it has one obnoxious feature that cannot be toggled off. I even emailed Delton to ask. The feature? Every. Single. Time. you click to mute or unmute yourself, the headset very loudly in your ears says "muted" or "unmuted." You can't hear what other people are saying on virtual meetings because of it.

If you are like me and have lots of 2 way conversations on virtual calls and must mute/unmute frequently, I DO NOT recommend this headset. I missed a large amount of my meeting listening to "mute" and "unmute" in my ear. If you are only using this to watch a non-interactive webinar or listen to music online, then go for it. I will not be puchasing any other Delton products for fear any other headsets with have the same feature. The Delton rep said "we will keep this feedback in mind for future products" which makes me think all their headsets have this feature.
